What about orders to areas not served by Broadway Floral?

What are Broadway Floral's normal delivery days?

Broadway Floral Home and Garden normally makes twice daily deliveries Monday through Saturdays. Sunday deliveries are available with some restrictions on flower availablity. On days that we are closed delivery is not available; those days include New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. There may be additional days that we are closed or delivery is not available that are not listed here.

What is the deadline for placing an order online to guarantee same-day delivery?

For normal delivery to most zip codes, orders must be placed by noon (Pacific Time) to guarantee same day delivery in the Portland-Metro area. A Rush delivery option for same day delivery is availble until 4pm for those last minute requests. The deadline times will vary during holiday periods.

What time can I expect my delivery to be made?

If you've selected an AM delivery you can expect it to be made before 1pm. If you've selected a PM delivery most likely it will be there by 5pm but it may be as late as 6pm. Anytime deliveries are usually delivered by 5pm but maybe as late as 6pm. We try and prioritize business deliveries so they arrive before 5pm. Rush deliveries are available during Broadway Floral business hours and made with-in 2 hours of receipt of your order.
►  But please note that during busy holiday periods or inclement weather, deliveries maybe later than normal.

Are these delivery time options always available? What about holidays?

The available delivery options change for holiday periods which include Valentines Week, Easter Week, Administrative Assistant's (Secretary's) Week, Mothers Week, Thanksgiving Week and the Christmas holidays. Because the delivery load increases dramatically during these periods, the options and delivery prices may change along this the cutoff time for same day delivery depending on the delivery zip code.

Can you guarantee a specific time for a delivery?

For this special request please call 503.288.5537 or 800.659.1958 to see if we can do it for you. Please understand that a specific time delivery will incur a higher delivery charge.

Do you call the recipient prior to delivery?

You can request us to call the recipient prior to delivery by putting a note in the "special instructions" field on the order page. Please note that all deliveries to hospitals and funerals are confirmed prior to delivery.

What happens if the recipient is not at home?

If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made the gift will be left at the recipients front or back door if our experienced delivery personnel deem it safe to do so. Otherwise, either a phone call will be made to the recipient at the phone number you provide or a calling card will be left on the recipient's door or in their mailbox asking them to call us to arrange a suitable for re-delivery. Additional charges may apply.

What happens if the delivery details supplied are incorrect?

First, Broadway Floral will attempt to find the correct address. If the flowers are delivered to the address supplied by the customer and the address is incorrect, then if the flowers are recovered, Broadway Floral will contact the customer and additional charges may apply for re-delivery. However, if the flowers are delivered to an incorrect address and are not recovered, Broadway Floral can not accept any responsibility for such loss. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of ordering.
