SATISFACTION COMMITMENT AND RETURN POLICY
Delivered arrangements and/or plants: In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with your arrangement or plant, please call us at (503) 288-5537 within 24 hours of delivery and you may return the arrangement/plant for a refund, request an exchange of items, or receive an in-store credit. If a refund is requested, Broadway Floral Flowers will issue a credit to to the credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
To receive an exchange, we will pick up and re-deliver another item of equal or greater value at no additional cost to you. We will need to be provided the opportunity to pick up the arrangement/plant you are dissatisfied with.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled up until 2 hour before time of the scheduled delivery run. Special orders can not be cancelled unless Broadway Floral is able to cancel the delivery of product from the wholesaler or grower.
If you are dissatisfied with a delivered arrangement but do not want or cannot provide an opportunity for us to pick up the original delivered arrangement, we will provide you with a courtesy store credit for future use.
Delivered non-floral Items: To receive a refund, delivered non-floral items may be returned unused and in their original state within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the item(s) if we are notified with-in 24 hours of receipt. Please phone (503) 288-5537 to advise us. We will need to be provided the opportunity to pick up the item(s) you are dissatisfied with.
